Carlos over at Ragamuffin Soul is starting a new weight loss challenge. Although he did not personally invite me...I like to think it will fail w/ out my involvement. =P
Here's my deal. I hold all my weight in my midsection. Belly, booty, moobs (-the man aspect).
Since I don't have a scale, I can't make actual lbs be my goal. So, my goal is going to be pant size. I want to be in a size 6. I'll settle for an eight (a girl's gotta keep a little bit of booty)!
I don't have any idea how much I weigh, but my guess is that I need to loose 20-25 lbs. I think my main strategy this week is exercising for 30 minutes 5 days a week, having my vege pile be twice as big as the carb pile, and cutting portions by 1/3.
Let the encouragement begin.
